Accountant 💵 70k-100k + Benefits 📍 Northvale, NJ 💼 Full Time Job Description Tasks- • Handle a variety of ongoing accounting duties, including customer invoices, recording vendors invoices, accounts reconciliation, fixed assets, intercompany transactions and other • Track bank account balances, payments, bank reconciliation and cash flow forecast • Handle payroll and expense reimbursement processing • Manage sales tax reporting and other tax aspects (federal and states) • Support month/quarter/year end closing • Close work and communication with our corporate finance • Ad hoc accounting projects as needed Qualifications- -2+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience -Tax reporting experience -2+ years NetSuite experience -Prefer payroll experience -Excited about working and growing -Extensive experience with tax authorities and tax reporting -sales tax, tax returns, compliance with reporting schedules and other tax projects -Strong attention to details and ability to multitask -High level of adaptability to changing technology platforms -Advanced Excel capabilities -Great communication skills and ability to work in close collaboration with team members APPLY- https://www.smstaffingjobs.com/apply/13599623551
