Growing Home Care Agency is seeking a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at our Brooklyn Office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, demonstrating professionalism and care in handling inquiries with a focus on providing excellent customer service. • Assign caregivers to open shifts based on availability and patient need. • Process payroll for caregivers within the assigned caseload, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by patients, caregivers, or other team members.
